Yes, I think they have the potentiality to cross the line, however I can see they are wrought with good-intentions. India has very similar freedom of speech rights as the U.S. does, but according to the India Law Journal "it's important to note that liberty of one must not offend the liberty of others". This references the fact that India has specific laws in place that define what is not considered 'freedom of speech'. They believe that anything that is morally offensive or indecent (especially anything like this sold for profit) would not receive the same level of rights.
